“52 Weeks. 52 Activities. One Fit Kid!”

 

KIDS FIT 52 is a diverse selection of sports and fitness experiences our students will take part in throughout the calendar year. Activities will change each week based on seasons and skill focus. The goal is to introduce as many movement experiences as possible to help children find their passion; the sport or fitness activity they will love to do to stay healthy for life.

I want kids to:

• Experience the world of fitness.

• Discover their motivation.

• Develop a passion for moving.

• Become a fitness ambassador.

• Share healthy time with friends.

• Appreciate their unique talents.

• Love their body! And love life!

 

The program will inspire our children to find a passion for exercise and sports, all the while creating healthy, life-changing habits which builds strong individuals and strong communities. Participants will serve as fitness ambassadors to the local community; informing family and friends about the activities they were involved in and where to learn and engage in each activity. Our children are the most precious commodity in our lives, we need to protect their health and well-being while keeping them active and fueling their passion for movement.
